Posting and Packaging

For miniature painted commissions made to order, packages are dispatched within 3 days working days after you have approved the final set of painted photographs or videos.

For pre-painted miniatures, items will be dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

For digital commissions, items will be dispatched by email or file upload within 3 days working days after you have approved the final set of files.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Items will be delivered via courier or through the Post Office's delivery service and is at your own risk. Due to the nature of the service, any responsibility for damaged goods in transit or lost goods will not be accepted.

No liability will be taken for delays or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

The cost of postage or a courier service is worked out on the weight and size of them items ordered.

You may arrange your own courier or delivery service with only the packaging fee being changed. I encourage you to use the protection fee to the cost of your order and use a signed for and tracked service.

Posting Overseas

Please note any deliveries outside of the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory, and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you, or the recipient many be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies or import duties should formal customs entry apply to products.

In short, any additional cost is your responsibility and will be paid by you. Please ensure the address you entered is correct, if it is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. I am unable to offer any assistance if these issues arise.

Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials, you are responsible for checking local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. Please check all thresholds for delivery for the destination country.

Purchases will be completed in pounds Sterling. Your bank or credit card provider will determine and apply the then current exchange rate and may charge you administration costs. Please contact your bank or credit card provider before making a purchase to ensure you are aware of any such costs.

Digital Downloads

For goods delivered as digital downloads you will need to create an account and be logged into the website to be able to download your digital purchases in the members area. An email with a link to these files will be delivered within 10 minutes of purchase. Please check your spam folder before making an enquiry if you do not receive the email.

A history of your previous purchases will be available within your member user area and will allow repeat downloads where appropriate.
