Terms and conditions of use

These terms are subject to the services and products ordered via the internet, phone and in temporary or local spaces and website use listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you should not be using this website.

General

For physical products all measurements are approximate.

The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow.

I will not be liable for any indirect losses you may suffer, including any loss of profit, income or anticipated savings as a result of my failure to comply with these terms.

These terms may be amended at any time without notice. Any amendments will be posted on this website and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published.

Terms For Painting Commissions

Please read before placing any orders; placing an order means you agree with these terms. Your order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase the goods and or services in your basket. Your order will be stored with the necessary personal details.

Once your order has been processed and payment taken goods will be shipped to you. If you buy a commission service from the shop you will be contacted, and we will work together to paint the miniatures to your bespoke requirements.

Payment in full is expected for all orders upon agreement of commission, of which 25% of the full price forms a non-refundable deposit. This is due to the nature of the initial costs incurred to fulfil custom commissions; where cancelled commissions still incur significant costs in production.

You can also request a quote for items you would like painted that are not listed. Quotes will not be negotiated and will follow the same payment structure as per general commissions.

I reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, payment problems, product availability and product price or description error.

Usually, work is started when the full quote is paid, however an instalment plan can be arranged if required by mutual agreement.

The turnover time once the miniatures have been received is usually 8-10 weeks but could be shorter or longer depending on your project and workload. This time does not include weekends or bank holidays, annual holidays, ill health, or situations outside of my control.

You will be kept up to date with your project, with emails. Photographs will also be place on related social media accounts.

Finished items will only be posted to you after you approve the finished designs via email. If you are making an instalment plan, the payments must be completed before they will be posted. If final payment is not made in 30 days of completion unpaid miniatures will be sold to cover the cost of the commission.

Any leftover parts or bits, for example extra heads and alternative arms, are kept unless you request for them to be returned.

Miniature Painting Completion Time

Your project is targeted at 8-10 weeks until completion for simple or small projects however this may take longer than stated due to project complexity, large projects, requested changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

High standards of finish need time to complete without compromising on the quality.

Reasonable efforts will be made for colour matching against previous models and/or matching existing artwork, however paint colours purchased from manufacturers are known to vary slightly by batch or may require custom mixing to achieve a like result (if a colour is out of production). The aim will be to match paint schemes with mixing ratios however 100% match cannot be guaranteed.

Decals and Transfers

Any extras like decals and transfers, not included with the miniatures, will need to be supplied by you.

Miniatures And Figures

If you already own the miniatures/figures you would like painted, you can post them to me. I recommend using recorded/signed for delivery and mark the package as fragile.

If you have cleaned (scrubbed and washed in dish soap to remove mould release residue and anything that will stop paint sticking to the surface correctly), assembled with all mould lines removed and gaps filled in the assembly service will not be needed.

If I find the miniatures need to be cleaned up or arrive with broken parts I will contact, you and discuss a fee for repairing or completing the clean-up of the models.

For miniatures/figures yet to be bought, you can send to my address, or I can take payment from you to pay for the miniatures and order to my address. These miniatures are charged with the assembly and painting service fees.

Miniatures and Figures are sculpted and manufactured by third party suppliers. This means I have no control over the supply, quality or issues that may arise. However, if I notice there is a defect in a cast, I will let you know and we will work together with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. All terms and conditions for the third-party supplier will apply.

Photographs And Images

Any commissions undertaken or works created images are property of Haximica. You may share the finial images of your purchased items if you share them on social media, please tag me so I can see!

Modifications To The Service And Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Services may be withdrawn, suspended or discontinued.

Quotes for services will be honoured until the expiry date on the quote. If your quote has expired before any payments have been made and you wish to go ahead after this date, a new quote will be needed. The new quote is subject to change and may be different from the previous quote.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

Orders placed may be refused, limited or cancelled. In the event of a change or cancellation an attempt may be made to contact you.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Payment

You can pay using PayPal or Stripe payment systems used on this website.

Delivery

I have picked a few services for delivery options. Full details can be found on the delivery page. If you would like to arrange your own delivery you will only be charged the packaging fee.
