Cancellation and Returns
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
For physical items refunds will not be given for any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Purchases will be completed in pounds Sterling. Your bank or credit card provider will determine and apply the then current exchange rate and may charge you administration costs. Please contact your bank or credit card provider before making a purchase to ensure you are aware of any such costs.
Miniatures must be returned within 14 days after receiving your delivery in an un-used condition. You will need to send the miniatures back at your cost.
Miniatures will be inspected upon return. If the item is in the same condition a refund of the sale price minus the 25% deposit (if the order is a custom commission) & any applicable postage fees will be given. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be rejected for a full refund.
Miniature Commission Service: Before work has begun
If you wish to cancel before any items have been purchased or sent to be painted, up to 25% deposit may be retained as compensation for the time discussing your project.
When placing an order and you have sent items to be painted and I have not started work on them and you wish to cancel there will be no problem sending the items back. You will need to pay for return shipping.
If I have bought items on your behalf I can return them to you, at your cost or sent back to the manufacture they are purchased from, if the return requirements are met, at your cost. If the manufacture returns policy does not allow for the miniatures to be returned, they will be returned to you, at your cost.
Commission Service: After work has begun
If work has begun on the items, the deposit of 25% of the total quote/cost will not be refunded. The amount of refund will be issued depends on how much work has been completed. The items will be returned at your cost.
In the event you do not want the items returned to you the deposit of 25% of the total quote/cost will not be refunded, after 30 days of cancellation the items will be sold to cover the cost of the commission.
Cancellation through non-payment
If you owe money for painting services carried out and full payment is not received in 30 days of your billing invoice being sent, the miniatures will become my property to be sold or disposed of.
For digital products you must not download the files if you would like a refund. If you have downloaded the files and have a technical problem with the files or are unsatisfied, please make an enquiry to rectify these problems. If we cannot solve these problems, you can request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
